
Dustin Diede - Co-Owner, Home Inspector

Dustin served 22 years in the Air Force starting out as an aerospace technician, later as the aircraft production supervisor, and ending his career as the human resources manager for over 300 personnel. Dustin went to work as a C-level manager in the corporate world and found a need (and passion) for customer service. Dustin holds a Master’s Degree in organizational leadership from Brandman University and decided to open this business to better serve his community. His hobbies include cycling, home renovation, and traveling.

Melissa Diede - Co-Owner, Home Inspector

Melissa served in the Air Force for over 10 years as an aerospace propulsion technician and leaving as a certified propulsion instructor teaching over 1,100 personnel during her time served. Melissa then went to go work for Tesla as their lead battery technician for a few years at the manufacturing plant in Fremont California. Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in public administration from Golden Gate University. Her passion for serving others and her dream of becoming a business owner have led her to open this business with her husband Dustin. Melissa likes getting involved in Church by leading a small group, hiking, backpacking, and traveling.

Zachary Trolinder - Home Inspector

Zack is Dustin’s nephew. After working in the hospitality and network marketing industries, Zack is experienced in manufacturing, marketing, and customer relations. Zack is a great addition to the team and has a strong work ethic. His hobbies include fishing, reading, and crawling under houses.

Jasmine Fullwood - Home Inspector

Jasmine is the newest addition to the Diede team. She came from the medical field as a sterile processing manager at Sutter medical and has an extensive background in customer service. She also holds a current real estate license and resides in Vallejo. Jasmine is married to Daniella for over 10 years and has three dogs (Lucy, Buck, and Wallace). She really enjoys working in the field with more of a hands-on application and technical demand. Her favorite activities on her off time are creating Epoxy resin art and being with friends and family.
